Andrea Muñoz joined Rilea Group as an Assistant Project Manager. She works closely with the Director of Development in the architectural processes such filing drawings with the city, bidding, providing design solutions, coordination with consultants, construction collaboration and closing out permits. Her work is essential to move projects along without, or minimal, delays.
Andrea holds a Master in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. After S.C.A.D., she moved to New York where she started her career as a Junior Project Manager at ICON Realty Management supervising commercial and residential gut renovations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She then joined J Frankl Architects as a Senior Architectural Designer and gained experience from zoning research to construction administration in ground up mixed-use multi-family in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Jersey City.
